The PN10 flange approximation is understood as flange disks with a pressure resistance of 1.0Mpa. Nominal pressure PN is a numeric pressure-related marker code, a convenient round integer for reference. All pipe accessories of the same nominal common diameter represented by the same nominal pressure PN value have the same connection size adapted to the end connection type.

PN10 flanges are used in DIN/BS/UNI standard piping systems and 150 lb flanges are used in ASME/ANSI standard piping systems.
Although they are both flanges, their connection data are different and cannot be interchangeable.
The main features of flange connection are easy disassembly, high strength, and good sealing performance. During the installing, the two flanges are required to be parallel, the sealing surface of the flange should not be damaged and it should be cleaned.
It is best to describe as specific as you can. Details about flanges are including type(SO, WN, TH, BL, SW, LP, etc.), material, pressure, facing( RF, FF, RTJ, etc.), standard, and quantity, for example, 2” ASTM A105 SO flange, Class 150, RF, ANSI B16.5.
