Single sphere expansion joint ( single sphere rubber joint) generally refers to a rubber joint with a single rubber sphere structure. It's mainly used in pipelines in order to reduce vibration, decrease noise. It has good flexibility and is easy to use.

Both flange material of expansion joint single sphere and twin sphere can be carbon steel & stainless steel ,both rubber material can be Neoprene.EPDM,NBR.
Both pressure of expansion joint single sphere and twin sphere are Class150,PN10/16,JIS 10K/16K

The structure of single sphere expansion joint is basically the same as that of the twin sphere, all of them are connected by bolts. The installation length of single sphere rubber joint is shorter than that of twin sphere.
